My business is located near this address: Via Marginal Dr. Celso Charuri, 8016 - Sítio São Bento 2, Ribeirão Preto - SP, 14098-571, Brazil (that’s another business). In other words, number 8016 is a business, 8006 is next to me, and I would be 7996. But the address provided to me is quite far from that point; what could be wrong? Because I’m on a street with several businesses nearby and Waze is placing me almost on the highway. This area was in the construction phase; today the storefronts are finished.

This screenshot I’m sending you is the approximate location; the point I marked for the cocktail bar is at number 8016 and mine is supposed to be 7996, but when I just enter the address into Waze or Google, it doesn’t pin the right spot. The address should be Via Marginal Dr. Celso Charuri 7996, just like the cocktail bar’s is.
The platform won’t let me send any more photos, but the point where the location sent to me is marked is somewhere else, not in the one in this screenshot. The photo I sent of the facade under construction shows the FLAIRS cocktail bar next to it.

Good morning!! Yesterday I searched and it was correct when searching by the address or the business name Delboni gastronomia. Today I went to check (on the web) and when I search for the business, it’s back to appearing in that spot near the highway.
Rua Via Marginal Doutor Celso Charuri n.7996, Sítio São Bento 2 Neighborhood, Ribeirão Preto SP, ZIP Code 14.098.571. This is the address I got directly from city hall! To avoid any chance of errors from the real estate agency or the neighboring businesses.
Searching for the full name “Marginal Celso Charuri 7996” shows a Google Maps result that points incorrectly here, so it appears incorrectly on Waze and on Maps as well. The correction suggestion I sent to Google Maps is still pending approval; we have to wait for them to approve or reject it. I recommend that you also send a suggestion for an inaccurate location; it might speed up the correction process there. Once accepted, we must wait for the updated result to appear on Waze.
Clear your Waze history, wait 72h, and perform a new search. Let’s see if this incorrect location that still insists on showing up finally disappears after a few more adjustments here.

Good morning, how are you? I believe the update didn’t go through. When we search for Doppio Jundiaí on Waze, it shows the correct location. But if we search by the address “Av. Luiz Gonzaga Martins Guimarães, 725”, Waze points to the wrong place. Would it be possible to pin the address at the exact location? Specifically -23.182795, -46.904773?
And this might be causing a conflict in Waze (which uses the Maps database to locate addresses and places), but if you clear your Waze search history and perform a new search, the issue should be fixed.
