# Android Auto and Incoming Phone Calls

Cannot hear a caller’s voice nor can they hear mine with an incoming call. All outgoing calls work fine. Using a Samsung S22 connected to my 2018 Ford Escape. This feature was working at some point in the past but I cannot figure out what changed.
