Blank left panel, when no TTS voice is available for the country

Hi.

When editing in Denmark, there´s no voice in the TTS list. The danish voice (Sofie) has never been there, but WME has worked ok. After the redesign of the left panel, the panel is now blank when selecting a road, and the console has this error:

This permalink and screenshot is at the border between Denmark and Germany. Selecting the northern part of the road (Denmark), the panel is blank. Selecting the southern part (Germany), the panel is shown.
