I am requesting the removal of the place **Murmuri Concept** , located at Route 306 / Santa Marta – Granadilla, Curridabat.
The business no longer operates at this location and I need it to be removed from the Waze map to prevent users from continuing to be directed to this place.

What my colleague means is that if you search for it in the app and it shows up, it’s because that result is being pulled from Google Maps, as it doesn’t exist in Waze. In other words, you have to request that it be removed from Google Maps. Another possibility is that it’s appearing because you have it as a favorite, or it’s in your app history. If this is the case, you’ll see it with a clock icon in the app. Long-press it and choose to delete it.
