The entrance ramp is named “Las Piñas Exit, Bacoor, Philippines”. As per wiki, this should be named “to [street name] [direction] / [control city]”. from that, it should be named “to Cavitex S / Kawit”. Please update if it makes sense because any unfamiliar/new driver will be confused when approaching the ramp. I drove there couple of times and the entrance has a sign pointing to “Kawit”.
