Yes, some are had to find because of overlapping…but citypolygons did update pretty fast in the last weeks…

It is changed today by user ‘bad-codriver’. There aren’t any segments ‘Broadwater’ anymore right now…So I guess the polygon will update soon…

I’m going to put this Permalink up as a request in the Unlock and Update section of the Support Forums as I don’t have national editing rights.
I’ve been hammering down the rogue “Kensington” City fields too, and currently have four outstanding Update requests in the Update and Unlock Request forum where this sort of thing should be posted.

Quite right Bill. I should have posted there too - I was a bit caught up in figuring out how to find the smudges!
I’ve just posted the Derriwong/Broadwater segment there as well…
To create a very long segment you only need editing rights at one end. You can adjust geometry points anywhere on it. However you can’t add a node on that segment outside your editing area. No need for large numbers of AM requests!
Not sure that Waze likes it if you make 800km segments though… 
I hope the thread necro is ok. Does anyone have up-to-date info on how often the city polygons are regenerated, or whether we need to ask for them to be regenerated manually?
I’ve been fixing some smudged cities and incorrect city names around Sydney, but I’ve noticed that the polygons for ones I’ve fixed a few weeks ago are still showing up in WME. In most cases I’ve been making edits in the adjacent cities (suburbs) too, so I wouldn’t have thought the hack of creating a temporary fake railway line would really be necessary.
