Community Action Requests (CAR)
Community Action Requests (CAR) are specific actions that only community leaders can request to help manage their community effectively.
If you’re a community leader and don’t have access to the CAR form, you can find it here. Please note that only users with the necessary permissions can access the form and submit requests.
You can use the CAR form to request actions such as:
- Rank Up/Down
- Add/Remove Force Rank
- Map Editing Ban/Unban
- Block/Unblock From Reporting Places
- Block/Unblock From Reporting in App
- Distrust/Trust a User
- Add Forum Account
- Block User With Permalink
- Assign/Remove Country Manager Permissions
- Assign an Area With RTC Permissions
- Assign an Area With Reporting Functionality
- Add/Remove Mentor
Cities Task requests
Cities tasks requests are requests for merging, deleting, and renaming cities of a certain country. Community leads (Champs, Coordinators, and Boosters) can request such changes by filling out a Cities task form.
Note:
- Before submitting a Cities task request, you must first obtain a cities list and provide the case ID
- Only specific Champs can approve city merge requests
Editors’ permissions for cities:
- Editors can create new cities depending on country configuration (this can vary by level)
- Level 4 editors can rename cities
- Editors can’t delete a city or merge cities
