Am also getting page errors which cause Lastpass to bring up a modal form for every page in waze.com.
Have reported that issue to webmaster waze, as well as issue that wont allow attach small jpg file to post without failure: SQL ERROR [ mysqli ] Out of range value for column ‘poster_id’ at row 1 [1264]

This seems to be a newish error. Since some time in the recent past, any new users also cannot be thanked in the forum. I can’t click the thumbs up on any of your posts without a SQL error too. Seems something is missing in a table somewhere.
world.waze.com still does not have my travel data, but yes, its metric.
Possibly the lack of data is a minimum amount of travel required? Ive only done about 20km so far.

Drives can take 2-3 days to appear. Take a look at the FAQ which does address this as well as other fun things.
The error with Lastpass is caused by web pages on Waze being non-secure. I have found to remove the annoying modal form from lastpass (warning of non-secure page), go to Lastpass preferences/Advanced/Warn before filling non-secure forms - uncheck.
