New Wazer here. Sorry if I’m posting this in the wrong place. I did a search for what I’m about to ask for, but couldn’t seem to find anything I considered to be conclusive.
When I first signed up a few days ago, when I logged into the website (http://www.waze.com) and clicked on My Dashboard, it gave me a display with a bunch of blank values. Makes sense, given I hadn’t accumulated anything yet. But now I’ve been driving with the app running and editing mistakes on the map after it had recorded the trips, etc., and since last night, when I click on My Dashboard, I now just get display saying:
Oops!
Something went wrong.
We’re working on it right now. Please try again later.
Is anyone else getting this? Is it a problem that I need to report to the devs somehow?
That’s very bizzare, then. I just tried again, even using a different browser, and I still get the same error message. Are you using the North America server when you check? Your profile location suggests that you’d normally be using the World server.
I got a display when I still had no points, etc., accumulated; it only seemed to happen after I had gotten some. If I understand how it works from what I’ve been reading so far, if you check the North America server but accumulated all your points on the World server, you’d get no points, etc., showing when you do that check.
Can anyone who is regularly using the North America server confirm if the Dashboard is working for them?
And if it is apparently working for everyone who isn’t me, how do I go about finding out what went wrong with my account?
I just created an account and am experiencing the same thing you were - “Oops” Something went wrong…" etc. Hopefully this is just an issue with a new account not having the dashboard initialization complete yet, although it would be nice if it said something to that effect instead of appearing to be a system failure.
Does this happen often? I am seeing no results in the dashboard right now. But I was two days ago. It was not working yesterday so I gave it a day to see if it resolved itself. https://www.waze.com/dashboard
