Here is an invalid road that I have been trying to deleted but keeping getting errors. This road is a duplicate road and is cause navigation errors for me. Can you delete this road?

I tried and received the “While you were editing, the elements you’re trying to save have been modified and/or deleted.” error. Which probably means it is a sync issue and it should vanish over the next 24 hours. If it doesn’t, then I’d send this to support.

Thanks. I see that someone add a new road and moved the original road that I had updated. Not sure why they did not just delete the old road since they added a new one. I do not understand the update process by area managers. Again, thanks for trying to resolve this problem.

This duplicated road has been there for over 5 days. Not sure another 24hrs is going to help. But it has been another 24hrs and still the same problem. Am I to communicate this error to support?

May as well send to support. I still cannot get it to edit. I could try with the old editor, but when the old editor is retired we’d be stuck, so it is better if support looks at it first.

That’s odd that again, you were the last editor but it can’t be deleted by any of us.

I can tell you that based on the position of the road, I was not the last editor. It might have me as the last editor, but I was not. Also, there was only one road. Now there is two. This is very strange to me. I submitted a support request today. I will see long it takes to receive a reply and have it resolved.

there was just another post by BrianCanFixIT with a video showing that supposedly, when he added a new road to an existing one, the existing one got doubled…

The navigation recognized the old road and not the new one; therefore, it needs to be fixed. I created a support ticket for it yesterday. Based on previous requests I have made, I do not expect any reply unit next week at the earliest. Just received a reply today to a request I made over 2 weeks ago. Between the lack of replying and the lack to tiles not updating, it has been real fun dealing with this app.
