Diagnosing a routing issue

Hi,

What needs to be done to resolve this?

Hi.

The Google place is “Snow & Rock” and is right by the A38. The livemap link you sent looks for the Google place and finds the road nearest to it. Farmfoods is further from the A38 and closer to the parking roads. My guess would be that you need to associate the Waze place with the Google Place - is that done yet? I can’t check as it’s out of my area - too far from the Severn bridge/M5 that I went down recently.

I think it is associated, that’s certainly when I tried to achieve when I created it. The external provider link is to Google Maps

There is an issue with new locations being added to the app/livemap search currently, which may be affecting this search result unfortunately.

I’ve altered the underlying Google Maps POI location to be closer to the parking roads within the retail park which may act as a solution while that bug is fixed (if that is actually the issue here). In terms of everything in Waze, everything looks correct.

It should take effect within the next day or so. Feel free to check back on that soon.
