Steps to reproduce this issue:
Attempted to create a Junction Box in India and the Turn editing Box Placement was placed right over the editing Location Covering the view.

Thank you for your input!
Based on your description, this would be working as intended.
The draggability feature should address this to an extent. We have also opened feature requests to have the window remember its last position and make it “sticky” so it stays out of your way.
We’ll keep you posted on further changes to this functionality.
