Dona Carmen Subd, QC, NCR-> closed subd roads need updating

Cynthia St. has a permanently closed gate across the road that blocks travel from A-B and vice versa.

If you look at Dona Lucia St. the next street over, you can see a break which is basically the same as what should be done for Cynthia St.

Similarly, Don Severino St. has a permanently closed gate where it would normally join Dna. Carmencita St.
