Unlocked to L2. Routing is likely going to be unaffected regardless of what turn restrictions are set to. Rd type is currently Private Rd.
Junction added with timed turning restrictions. 2nd Rd is not privately owned. I’ve changed it to street to allow navigation. Will check for UR report in the next few weeks to see if this caused a problem.
