# Downlock L5\>L1, Wyvern

I would like to upgrade a series of roads to ‘primary street’ as although they are unclassified I would consider them as being roads carrying heavier traffic . The first link is an overview of where I would like to change followed by individual links to each section:

Unlocked. The first permalink was fine, though one zoom level further out would have allowed all the segments to be visible and selected.
It’s fine to upgrade a few unclassified roads to Primary Street, but only if they really are of local importance. Don’t go overboard, okay?
I’m not sure that I would make Riverside Rd or Royal Way primary, for instance.
