I’ve created a UR for this issue, as a result of speaking with khyberman in the WME Chat, but in summary what needs to be done is:

  • Removal of the mapped parking lot
  • Convert the gas station from a point place, to an area place with the additional details.
  • Fix the turn restrictions leading into the shopping plaza
  • Consolidate the PLR’s and remove the extra node.

If possible, can a senior editor please also reach out to the L2 editor, khyberman in addition to them to the NY GHO? Please and Thank you :slight_smile:

Can someone clarify the parking lot issue? When should a lot be mapped? This is what I have been using as a guide >> https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/Best_map_editing_practice#Small_Parking_Lots

For the parking lot issue, there’s currently a split entrance leading into the area and the Wiki suggests

Additionally, a few of the PLR segments aren’t “fully” connected to each other.

I would also recommend installing the WME Validator (if not installed already) to fix quite a few issues in that area.
