I’ve taken on FC-Upgrading my home counties, Tompkins and Cortland. Tompkins (Ithaca) is actually pretty much done already. If anyone would like to check my work so far, please do.
I am seeing only one issue that needs an unlock from above… SR-13 is classified as Principal Arterial or higher all the way from I-81 in Cortland to I-86 (NY-17) in Elmira, so the entire length should be a Major Highway in Waze. Some segments in Cortland and Elmira are locked at level 5.

The NYS FC viewer isn’t working for me right now so this is going off of the inventory lists and is by no means complete, just a few things that I noticed.
Also, while you’re going through the FC upgrades, please update the primary and Alt naming for the SR- and CO- roads, and lock them to the NY standards (or as high as you can). (https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/New_York#Locking_standard)
