Hi guys. Please can we request a feature to signal “road temporarily closed” when on a route. Lots of overnight roadworks that shut sections for periods of time. Eg A10 between Hertford and Cheshunt for the month of February overnight 2100-0500. Routing doesn’t recognise the road closure and keep trying to route you down it.
It’s not possible to report time-specific closures such as this in the app, but we are happy to add them when they are not added automatically (and the information is available) if they are posted here on the forums.
You can report closures as you come across them through the app in the report menu with the ‘Closure’ option, which will usually close the road for up to an hour for you and other drivers, and give you a different route.

I added this closure submitted by the council for the A10 southbound weekday nights 21:00-05:00 until 21/2 - does that sound correct?
Well the app use to allow you to select which road was closed. But now it only allows you to report the road closed ahead of you. Last weekend I had an Accident closing a road. Which I reported but due to me already moving off route to turn around it did not report the correct road closed.
Also due to the accident being caused by water freezing on the road the police closed the road all day. But you can’t report this in the app anymore.
