[FIXED] Lvl 5 - M90(N) J1 - Remove speed camera

Could a Lvl 5 editor please remove the speed camera listed in the permlink below.

This camera appears to relate to when there were average speed cameras on this road, during the road layout changes roadworks, in preparation for the new Forth Crossing.

These average speed cameras have since been removed, following the completion of these works.
