I was travaling last Week from Vienna to Grado and had some routing problems. I found one restriction at A23 here and already fixed it. I also removed softturns on A23:

Another Question: In AT our Freeway segments are as long as possible. We do not segment them for Briges or tunnels for optimal routing purposes. Are you doing the same? Because the A23 is heavily segmentet.

For your Info: Roting from Udine to Austria is working. From Austria to Udine we will know in a couple of days after the net int update.

Yes probably was referring to the problem that you solved
Checked the A23 as there was a INT update (unfoutunatly was rolled back). Found again many problems on A23 caused by SoftTurns (many soft restrictions!).
I meregd segments, named the A23 where no Streetname was given and removed all (hopefully) Softturns between Austria and A5 (Palmanova).

With the last Update the routing was fixed. I tested it and the routing works on the whole A23 from Austria to Palmanova!
