I am not seeing any restrictions that would prevent routing through the gate at Rockville Pike and South Dr. I do see the restrictions on the other gates.

Have you tried routing to “NIH South Drive Entrance” instead of an address? This will get you to the entrance gate area.

I’ll try tomorrow morning. But I’ve work at 8600 rockville pike for over 20 years and Waze has always found the address until recently. Thanks.

Here is another option to try. Search for NIH Building 41, Bethesda, MD (That is my best guess as to which building you work in) With any luck that will take you directly to your building.

Sorry, my last post was wrong. I was looking at the wrong building. You should be able to search for National Library of Medicine, Bethesda, MD or NLM, Bethesda, MD and be taken directly to that building

Good morning, I was able to navigate from my home from 0715 est through 11 est last night. But at 0515am today it started timing out again. But I was able to navigate to the south dr entrance. Tried nlm bethesda, Lister hill 36 center dr bethesda md and 8600 rockville pike bethesda. Started work…

Thanks for the information. Can you provide me cross streets near you starting point (no need to provide home address) and the time you leave. I will get a local editor to look closer at it to see if they can determine possible issues that I am missing.

Maybe it’s not a problem at NIH.

It always starts working at Braddock rd, Exit 54 on the 495 beltway at 605am-ish.

Just sharing my findings.
