I’m experiencing an issue in Waze Map Editor while trying to remove an incorrect photo from our business place.
Someone uploaded a photo of a completely different shop to our business listing (TireXpress Auto Service Center). Since the photo is unrelated to our business, I’m trying to delete it. However, every time I click Delete and save the changes, I receive the following error:
Saving Error
Failed to update place
Suggestion: Check and try again.
I’ve tried using different browsers, refreshing the page, and logging in again, but the same error occurs every time.
Patulong lang po sana ma delete itong photo para hindi po maguluhan ang mga future customer na gagamit ng waze to search our place. Thank you
