How to get a city in touch with Waze

Hello,

If I wanted to recommend to a city official (from the police or DPW, for example) to start registering some major upcoming construction projects and detours with Waze, who would I ask them to contact? I don’t think they will be very receptive to"Just go sign up for the forum and become a map editor"…
