# How yo reply to private message on waze?

Sorry but reply to what exactly?
This is your very first forum post so it’s hard to know which specific question you are referring to in this multiple pages thread.
Also the last person who commented got an answer with a link right above your post. I’m not sure how that qualifies as “not there”, when it is there. :shock:

This reply function is still not available in the app, is what people are saying. you have to have the link saved somewhere and navigate to it in your browser in order to respond.

I think you may be confusing private messages from Wazer to Wazer with messages from Editors sent to someone who opened a map Update Request. Only UR’s give a link to WME which you can open in a browser. But you can also reply from the app’s inbox.
