The delay was only in the international server - we’ve had a fairly steady streak of daily updates in North America. For future reference, changes made by noon will go in the app overnight; any made after noon will go into the next day’s noon update. On the app side, you need to run navigation near the map change after the overnight update to force your app to update the map itself [along your route].
Just a heads up that you’ll need to make a few additional edits for Putters Circle to work correctly. You have a few red arrows, which means Waze can’t use those turns to get back onto South Shore Village Blvd. You’ll need to set them as allowed by clicking on them and making them green (and check the in/out from Putters Cir itself and the road it connects to).
Putters Cir should also be cut into to two segments to prevent “loop” routing errors.
