# Incorrect directions to my house

I live on a lake. Waze always sends people to the other side of the lake across from my house, even though the street address is on the correct side of the lake. I’ve tried to edit the access point and the system will not allow me to. What do I do?

419 Woodstone Trail, White Lake, NY. The system (on desk top) shows Woodstone Trail as a road, but most have it as restricted (which it is – there is a gate). It is, however, the only access and the system is sending people to a point across Swinging Bridge Reservoir. All in Sullivan County, NY.

Thanks for this info. I’ve made some changes including adding a driveway for 419, which should help. Let us know how it looks after the driveway shows up in the app over the next 2-3 days. Thanks!

My address is 500 4th Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11215
waze always gives the wrong driving directions to drivers.
if you look at the street map, the building is on one side of 4th Ave, but waze gives driving directions to drop off/pick up across.
more specifically, coming from Manhattan to this address, it will make you go to 14th street, and then take a left on 4th Ave, and drop off at 12th street, however the building is across/ on the other side of the ave.
