Art 98a - 3 of the traffic law forbids to report official traffic controls.
That is why, unlike in other countries, you will not find speed camera icons or control zones (like in France) on the map in Switzerland, the speed camera functionality was completely removed.
Waze is used everyday in Switzerland by thousands of drivers, it’s perfectly legal to have a GPS and go from A to B. However you should not report official traffic controls to others (Not just on Waze, but also Facebook groups or any other communications methods) as that is illegal to do.
