Hello, I would like to update the geometry of these segments as the turn that leads into the gas station is in the wrong place and looks to have cause an issue with routing as per UR.

This seems more like a GPS reception issue. The starting points of the two tracks are too different. Perhaps he started a new route while he was under the station’s roof?
According to the satellite view, the station’s exit could be shifted by about two meters, but the segment is well centered on the GPS points.
I can’t reproduce it with Waze Live.
If you firmly believe this could be corrected by moving the segment, you would really need to try reproducing it on-site with the app before and after the change.

I replied asking where he started but i believe he started his route in the parking lot but because the segment going into the gas station is so far from the intersection and has turn disabled from the other segment it gives a strange route to the gas station. I understand why the segment into the gas station starts where it does but the intersection close to the gas station you can make a left from into the gas station and that’s why i believe he started in the parking lot of costco and tried to go get gas but it gave him a weird route

On live map from his starting location it would route like this and he reported poor navigation, but either way at that intersection you can make a left into the gas station so it could still give people problems in the future too.
