L4(A) to L2 downlock request Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Hi I’d like to request the L4(A) to L2 downlock of this segment of Mt Ephraim in Tunbridge Wells in order to connect up the parking lot rd associated with Travelodge and some other establishment.

Downlocked as requested, as I’m not sure of the turn permissions.

There are quite a few things that need looking at in that window - the two point places on the common have rather odd destination points, I think, plus one is not named. Is it the natural Mount Edgcumbe? Does it qualify as a scenic lookout/viewpoint? It would be worth adding the drive for the Mount Edgcumbe bar(? - is it just a pub or is it a hotel also?) to facilitate navigation. The car park should be on the map too, now.
