I would like to be able to edit the following segments.  
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

- Please, can this segments of -\> ‘A6045 - Heywood Old Rd’. Be down-locked to -\> 'L2. To allow me to rename the road to the correct name -\> ‘A6045 - Manchester Rd’.
