I would like to be able to edit the following segments.  
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

- Please, can this segments of -\> ‘A669 - Oldham Rd’ & ‘A669 - Middleton Rd’. Be down-locked to -\> 'L2. To allow me to add the -\> ‘City’ -\> ‘Middleton’.

Unlock to level: 2
