Would it be possible for a L4 editor to unlock B1383 near Quendon, Essex so I can update the speed limits in the area.

Hi,
I have just updated the speed limit from 50mph to 40mph. The 40mph extends further to the north of B1383 up to the 30mph limit. Would it be possible to update the two segments in the permalink accordingly, please?
