It’s generally a good idea to quote your editor level in unlock requests. 
I wasn’t sure so, after I’d brought all those l4-locked primary streets down to 2, I corrected the turn permission. Then I looked at the UR conversation and realised you are L1. :oops:
You can “solve” the UR now. :mrgreen:
Sorry i never thought, i will quote my level from now on :D. Thank you for sorting the turn for me i will close the UR.
