Hello,
To edit the following segments, I need Finch & Jayzel unlocked. Can you assist?

[Permalink](https://waze.com/en-US/editor?env=usa&lat=43.75076&lon=-79.54867&marker=true&zoomLevel=19&segments=535144379,535144377,535141067,540802594,540802596,540802540)
**Reason:** The PLR is connected to the intersection with Finch & Jayzel, so I would like to connect them properly. **TLs** here may need to be **removed** , along with **paths** if I want to do the edits.
Unlock to lvl: 3

Thanks in advance,
