L5 downlock, service road, Colney Heath, Hertfordshire

I was going to change this petrol station road from “service road” to “parking lot road”, then discovered I can’t because it’s L5 locked.

Also, I’m not intending to edit the A414, but you might feel L5 is too high a lock level for that?

Outside my AM area, I’m stuck at L4.

  • petrol station down to L1 (it needs another node)
  • main carriageways down to L3.
