I can’t see a reason for the level 5 locking on these segments. Can they be downlocked to 4? I can further downlock the Primary Street
It’s deliberately locked at L5 because it’s a complicated junction with several KL/KRs and was set that way to “prevent tweaking”. I last find mention of it here.
Unless there is something that needs changing, I can’t see any reason to downlock it.

Well if you’d said you wanted to make some sort of change (like speed limits), I’d have just downlocked.
These are all the L5 segments, now down to 4.
I’ve got editing of my own I’d like to get to, so let me know when you’re done
