L5 Unlock - A11 Whitechapel Road London

Please can somebody unlock Whitechapel Road here:

At the moment it is not possible to turn either left or right from Fulbourne Street into Whitechapel Road however only the right turn should be restricted (left turn from Fulbourne Street into Whitechapel Road should be opened).

Sorry, it was quicker for me to check the UR and enable the turn myself, rather than unlocking and then going back to re-lock.

I’ve left you to resolve the UR, though
