So the permalink shows that the ramp and segments to the battlefield ramp are all non-toll now. Just to confirm, but I believe this is to allow for the detour while Sycolin is closed?
Just want to be sure before I let the reporter know.
Scanning along the section of the greenway and ramps in that area indicates that there is no collection plaza between the bypass and battlefield pkwy. That is also the route given for the detour on the VDOT info page about the construction effort.
