Segment in question

An editor made a change to this on ramp and broke the on-ramp to US-3 N. Tried to contact the editor, but no response. Please unlock to level 2 or update to set the turn restriction to allow progress onto the northbound ramp.

Level 2, not an area manager

EDIT: Actually, both forks of this on-ramp exhibit the same turn restriction problem. Please update or unlock both of them.

I’ve fixed it and locked it all up at level 3…

What the user tried to do was split the ramp (it looked like the ramps to/from US-3 S at that same location before) but ran into the locks on other segments they had to attach to.
