The Brooklyn Bridge is closed overnight through 2014 for construction Manhattan bound. I wanted to add a time based restriction in WME-Beta to reflect these hours and prevent navigation errors, but the Brooklyn bound ramps (which have earlier closures than the bridge itself) are locked at level 3.

The restrictions need to be set as
Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, 22:00-06:00 (the next morning)
Fri, 23:00-07:00 (the next morning)
Sat, 23:00-09:00 (the next morning)
