Could somebody Level 3 or higher unlock these few segments of Route 40 (Pulasky Highway)? I am trying to fix those junctions with Wells Camp Road due to a System Reported Error. I’m trying to rebuild it. The segment is missing because I deleted it to rebuild and then realized the other segments were locked. I will fix it.

EDIT: They still seem to be locked. Is there a delay after you unlocking them? I’m new to editing.
