I am a level 1 editor requesting unlock of the ramp from S Kingshighway Blvd to WB I-64.

Currently, all turns from the south end of the S Kingshighway Blvd are disallowed. This is routing users off of Kingshighway, a major thoroughfare (https://www.waze.com/editor/?lon=-90.26496&lat=38.63244&zoom=6&layers=BFTFFTTTTFTTFTFTTTTTTTFTT&segments=57903234). This ramp segment needs to be unlocked to allow the turns to be edited.

Also,
You have Forest Park Pkwy exiting to S Kingshighway Blvd is disconnected? Is there a construction there?

First problem is solved.
That exit from Forest Park Parkway to Kingshighway should be connected. The aerial photos do show the current layout, and there is no construction there listed with the city, county, or modot.
