I am an area manager for the entire state of Louisiana, and I’ve been expanding my sights to Baton Rouge and the rest of the state. There is quite an enormous load of garbage edits by a user whose editing privileges have since been mercifully disabled. Among the garbage edits are a series of Level 5 locks I can’t get around.

This intersection in particular is a mess of unnecessary turning lanes, all typed wrong (as ramps), and with a split road that isn’t even actually split in real life. It’s a mess.
