There is a parking lot road that is not connected to this segment,
even though it looks like it is. The segment is locked, so I can’t modify it.
Either the parking lot road should be removed, or properly connected to Hespeler Rd.
I’m not sure what the reason for this segment to be locked is,
since the segments north of it are not locked at all…

I’m not sure why that is locked, either, but the segments south of it are all locked, so I’ve left it that way. Given the traffic on it (it will be getting a traffic lock of ‘4’ by the looks of things), it seems most appropriate.
