The fourth bore of the Caldecott Tunnel (CA-24 W) opened on Saturday. A level 3 is needed to connect here:

As a level-2 editor, I probably shouldn’t bother worrying about two sections of roadway that close together with both level 3 and level 5 locks. :geek:
