Level 5 Update - Burbank, CA

I removed an unnecessary segment from Riverside Drive just to the east of Buena Vista, and after reconnecting Riverside to the intersection, I cannot adjust turn restrictions in the locked segments of the adjoining streets, exits and on-ramps. (All turns are allowed, including a left turn onto Riverside from Buena Vista, except for the obvious turn going the wrong way on the Buena Vista exit off the 134.)
