As per UR there is no access to the McDonalds from E/B Broadway Ave. I believe it’s because of the at-grade connector between southbound HWY 10 and westbound Broadway Ave.
Can you please move the connection made on to Broadway Ave further back. Can you also connect the McDonald’s parking lot road on to Broadway Ave.
