Reason for request: Create a junction between the segments or change their elevation. Not able due to Level access. Would like to edit for ranking.
I went ahead and connected the segments and made a few changes to what you had. When mapping parking lot roads the idea is to map only what is needed for good routing to the business. In the case of the car dealership, this is the in and out to the sales and service entrances where customers will be frequently using. The rest of the parking lot is for the storage of new vehicles and mapping these areas serves no benefit for routing and the same for any normally gated entrance.
