Can’t connect A node on ramp to interstate (making it a slow connection) because interstate is locked at lvl 5. If a Global,SM,AM would please connect it. Thank you

Recommendation is to make the two ramp segments meet at a single junction so the u-turn from ramp-to-ramp can be restricted.
Renamed the ramp to ramp from street, removed impertinent node from ramp.
