Reason for request: This is out of my edit area. The UR was pinned far from the actual problem. This segment on C Street should restrict right turns at the A node. Additionally, looking at SV it appears C Street should be a PR. There is no signage for “C Street” and it is a gated entry to an industrial complex.
Done. Look at that link again and tell me what else is wrong.
It should be a Private Road and there is a Point Place on it that is unnamed.
